My appointment was for 700AM & the service advisor never showed up, Rafael Ramirez.. I was second in line since 645AM but when a service advisor appeared, the customer behind me was approached & was attended to. I finally spoke to Jorge & vented my frustration with the way the service was being handled. He spoke hardly & when he pulled my order didn't have the courtesy to let me know how long the service was going to take. I was called twice that morning first at 745AM & then by Jorge at 910AM to let me know the car was serviced. I don't believe the tires were rotated as per request because the tire pressure was the same before I gave the car. I will never use this place for service again. Also In January the car was serviced but when I tried to make an appointment online in June, it show I had a 2013 Nissan Altima & the email was incorrect. I did have Jorge correct this error.
I have been purchasing from this dealership for many years, the present Sales Manager at this dealership has earned my business for the last 15 to 20 years i have purchased 6 cars from him. And i plan to continue in the future as i need additional vehicles
el equipo de trabajo es bueno,pero hay cosas que no aclara.como que uno va a tener una cuenta de ahorro con el banco financiero,y el historial del carro no se vio en ningun momento,siembargo nos dimos cuenta que el carro tenia el guerdafango del chofer ,no era igual que el del pasajero,ni la pintura de fabrica,lo que parecia que el carro tubo algun choque o
A pesar de lo agobiante que es realizar la compra de un autom��vil, por el tiempo que demora, tuve una muy buena experiencia con el grupo de trabajadores que me atendieron, y estoy muy satisfecho con ellos, muchas gracias por tener personas as�� en su equipo de trabajo.
