My experience at this place was the most horrible and devastating of my life, my husband , 2 children and me went this past saturday 2/9 to go and check on an upgrade for my 2018 Trax to see if we could get a bigger car at first they said we were not approved for a Traverse so they checked on an Equinox, we waited for like 1 hr for they to say to us papers are ready to sign and make a contract . We signed the papers and were asked to give a check for 1500 . We came on Tuesday which they were waiting on us to pay the down payment . But sadly our check did not go through so we came later with my mother in law she was nice enough to help us with the down payment. When they called us to the office and said your not approbed !!!! Wow what a bummer, we were ready to take the car home since we signed tje papers. I think they had time to tell us on Monday and not wait to let us down like this. The manager was very rude to us and service there is horrible they did not even tried to help us! 😟 I am very dissapointed at this Chevrolet Autonation Coral Gables the worst place don't come here they are liars and they don't tell you the truth , I just feel so frustrated with what happened that I wanted to tell everyone so that you dont have to go through this like me .

Rude service attendants that cannot answer basic questions or refuse to do so without any explanation. By far the worst dealership I have ever been to. Had to bring truck in twice, each time for several hours, without having my problem fixed. Finally when they brought the truck for me to pick it up, they leave all of the plastic and paper that they use to protect the interior for me to pick it up. Headquarters should consider putting these service attendants through basic customer service training.
