Terrible experience, made an appointment arrived before time and Autonation staff demonstrated what the word prejudice is to a black customer. They ingore me, each services man ask (have you been waited on, you would be next as soon as I finish this person). I waited so long, the service manager came out and ask me have I been waited on yet. He guarantee me that I would be next, the manager lied. As a hispanic lady walk up, guess what ?, she was waited on next. As I got ready to leaved that's when I was waited on. The experience was so bad, I which I hadn't never purchase a Chevrolet and will not return to that dealership again. That wasn't the first time I experiencing that cold treatment and was ingore from that deal, but it would be the last.
