I drove from the Tampa area to Miami, more than 7 hours, because of traffic. Long story short they sold me a truck without things that were supposed to be installed on that truck. Yes, I was ready to expedite my trip back to the Tampa area, which by the way took me more than 9 hours because of traffic. But the dealership and Danny the salesperson pretty much just gave me the bums Rush. I did not even get to see my truck until they were ready to shove me off the lot. I don't care what they say that is the truth. When I did not want to buy all of their extra warranties and so forth, they basically wanted to run me out the door. My vehicle was not detailed as stated by the salesperson Danny, dirt and grease on the inside and the outside of the vehicle. Grease on the carpet inside the vehicle. The vehicle still had patches of that white sticky film they put on to transport vehicles with. These things are not just made up I have pictures of every single thing I'm talking about here, everything! The wheel locks that they told me could not be taken off because they were pre-installed at the dealership did not even exist on the vehicle. They charged me over $1,700 for things that weren't even on the truck. And to keep me from discovering these things they ran me out the door and down the road. I never really leave reviews but because I showed up in a pair of shorts and a t-shirt I wore because of my long trip, they looked at me like I was dirt and wanted to brush the dirt off as soon as possible, I thought I should leave one this time. The sales manager gave the okie doke that all was well which it was not, corporate Autonation gave the okie doke that all is well and it was not. No one is returning my calls, everyone has basically stopped talking to me, hoping I just go away.... If you do any research whatsoever you will see this is an actual standard practice for AutoNation around the country they have been sued because of it. They're counting on the little guy just crawling back under his rock. AutoNation and AutoNation in Coral gables, they are thieves, they are liars. They stole from me they overcharged me they lied to me and then stoped communicating with me once that they could drain no more of my blood. What does that sound like to you? When the dealership and corporate are in cahoots together, there is not a win for the purchaser of a vehicle. I am disgusted and I am ashamed. They took advantage of me because I lived far away and wanted to get back home in the one day that I had taken off of my job to go there. I have all the emails, I have all the text messages, I have all of the communications that we're going on before they stop communicating. AutoNation Coral gables left a very bad nasty bitter taste in my mouth and a scar my soul... I am very very unhappy and it looks like I will be able to do nothing about it...

Jesus Wejebe (salesman) was fantastic and went above and beyond taking on the role as service adviser after an issue arose that required correction and extreme carelessness and inattention was experienced with the service advisers. If you're going to purchase here, Jesus Wejebe is your best bet at a good experience. Mr. Wejebe gets 5 stars, the service advisers get 2 stars. Would not return for service at an additional cost.

Not good.. I had an appt at 1:30pm, arrived on time. There was no one to greet me, and direct me to an advisor. I talked to an advisor who was taking care of 4 cars and told me to wait; 15 min later and went to see another, who was cordial and took my truck keys. After a 2 hrs waiting I approached the advisor and asked him what was going with the truck, he went to check. He found my truck and asked a mechanic to take care of it, that I was waiting for it. Anyway, I left the dealer at 4pm. I spent 2.5 hrs at the dealer for a simple oil change. There was no one to greet or offer assistance, advisor didn't provide any updates, etc. Really poor customer service at this dealer where I bought my wonderful truck. From now on, I will be going to Bomnin Chevrolet dealer, they have a great maintenance service. I bought my son a Chevy there and they have great service. I will not be recommending this Chevy to anyone.

When presenting for appointment no dealership service reps ever leave their offices to greet you or ask how they can help. This has been a change over the last few years. Once entering the office area one still is not greeted as a potential customer. I had a scheduled service spot and eventually had a service person look up after I asked for help. My designated person wasn’t there yet so I just left the Tahoe for headlight bulb replacement and oil change. This was a Tuesday. Later same day I had a call from my rep and was advised of cost for bulb replacement ($600) but none were in stock and she would let me know of potential solution later. Fast forward to Thursday and after multiple attempt to discover a plan for my headlight isssue and not getting any response from service rep I contacted dealer to speak to a manager. My name was taken as my call wasn’t considered urgent enough but then my actual rep called immediately to finally provide an update. No end in sight but she would give me a repair receipt showing my lack of headlight in case LE stopped me. She also graciously? said no charge for the bulb that had t been replaced. I ordered a replacement bulb from Amazon that was OEM comparable and replaced myself for $50. This is the last time I use this dealer for anything after buying this Tahoe new in 2017 and considering a new Tahoe or similar. I also purchased a used vehicle from my stepdaughter in the last year. I am shocked that I trusted this dealer again after a similar service experience about 18 months ago where a manager offered me free oil changes in the future. Obviously that offer was never recorded in the system as I paid $362 for an oil change on this visit. The team at this AutoNation is more interested in socializing with each other than trying to show interest in customers. I was one of several who presented to the service lanes that day. We all wondered how to get help. There are so many other option for this work and I’m an old school person who values loyalty. Apparently it’s a one way street with this autonation dealership.

This is the 4th oil change I do since I bought my truck, always in the same dealer. After the oil change was completed I noticed the driver side window making a noise when opening and closing, then it would stay down and not responding to the switch and not coming back up. They told me that they couldn’t help me. I never experienced any problems with my window and now I’m afraid to lower it and it won’t come back up especially having warranty yet there’s nothing they could do for me.

Chabeli Hernandez went above and beyond to make sure my car was fixed correctly on the same day. There was an issue where the Engine Light was turned on due to a Fuel injection Issue from the manufacturer. I had been waiting already for over 2 months for the part to arrive, so she knew I needed to be taken care off right there and then, so she escalated the issue to the Service Manager. Service Advisor Jesus Cruz is exceptional. Always takes the time to explain things to you and offers certain service specials the dealer is having to save customers some money. Jesus has great customer service skills and is always locked and eager to assist the next customer. One thing the dealer website needs to fix is to allow the customer when setting up the point is to allow the customer to select the service advisor of their choosing. For some apparent reason it does not allow the customer to select, please fix that.

Though the truck bed installation time took too long (3 hours and 30 minutes), which is way more than the time we were given when we arrived and decided to wait for the truck onsite.
