The place is great, comfortable, and spacious. Water and coffee are available, but I'm not sure about snacks. For a Cuban, and for the location of the dealership, I was expecting espresso coffee options, like LA LLAVE pods, but well, we can't have it all. Alden was above and beyond to help me, kudos to him. The finance person, forgot his name, was awesome too. But, for a first-time EV car buyer, having to wait hours to get the car charged was really bad. I live in WPB and needed at least a charge for 200 miles. That process took like 3 hours!!! Once at home, I went to an EVGo station and spent only 30 min to go from 25 % to 85 % charge. So, please, you guys need to improve that. Other than that, you guys are awesome.

I brought my vehicle in for its scheduled 21,000-mile routine service and to check on a noise coming from the vehicle.After four full days, I was informed the service was still not completed. This delay was both unreasonable and inconvenient, and it disrupted my schedule significantly. What is most concerning is that despite the extended time my vehicle remained in your care, the required service was not completed. This forced me to return again, costing me additional time and effort to address something that should have been handled properly during the initial visit. This experience reflects a lack of efficiency, communication, and respect for the customer’s time. I expect better from a professional dealership and service center.

I made an appointment online at 4:00 p.m. I thought they would estimate the repair at that time. No way. Two days to evaluate the car, plus an indefinite time for the repair, assuming they had the parts. The cost ended up being double that of the competition (Firestone & Tire Kindow, who also fixed it that same day) because I took the trouble to find out, but I was already with you and was afraid of moving the car and it breaking down... all in all, a very bad experience.

Esta ocasión todo fue exelente , Juan la persona que nos atendió merece encomio por la manera tan amable y eficiente en su trato. Friendly customer service, but I have an appointment at11:40, and I was not informed how long will take to change the oil and tire rotation. It took almost four hours very dissatisfied. Plus they charge miscellaneous shop charge and I was not aware and why they charge me extra 19.56.

Not good.. I had an appt at 1:30pm, arrived on time. There was no one to greet me, and direct me to an advisor. I talked to an advisor who was taking care of 4 cars and told me to wait; 15 min later and went to see another, who was cordial and took my truck keys. After a 2 hrs waiting I approached the advisor and asked him what was going with the truck, he went to check. He found my truck and asked a mechanic to take care of it, that I was waiting for it. Anyway, I left the dealer at 4pm. I spent 2.5 hrs at the dealer for a simple oil change. There was no one to greet or offer assistance, advisor didn't provide any updates, etc. Really poor customer service at this dealer where I bought my wonderful truck. From now on, I will be going to Bomnin Chevrolet dealer, they have a great maintenance service. I bought my son a Chevy there and they have great service. I will not be recommending this Chevy to anyone.

Jesus Wejebe (salesman) was fantastic and went above and beyond taking on the role as service adviser after an issue arose that required correction and extreme carelessness and inattention was experienced with the service advisers. If you're going to purchase here, Jesus Wejebe is your best bet at a good experience. Mr. Wejebe gets 5 stars, the service advisers get 2 stars. Would not return for service at an additional cost.

I drove from the Tampa area to Miami, more than 7 hours, because of traffic. Long story short they sold me a truck without things that were supposed to be installed on that truck. Yes, I was ready to expedite my trip back to the Tampa area, which by the way took me more than 9 hours because of traffic. But the dealership and Danny the salesperson pretty much just gave me the bums Rush. I did not even get to see my truck until they were ready to shove me off the lot. I don't care what they say that is the truth. When I did not want to buy all of their extra warranties and so forth, they basically wanted to run me out the door. My vehicle was not detailed as stated by the salesperson Danny, dirt and grease on the inside and the outside of the vehicle. Grease on the carpet inside the vehicle. The vehicle still had patches of that white sticky film they put on to transport vehicles with. These things are not just made up I have pictures of every single thing I'm talking about here, everything! The wheel locks that they told me could not be taken off because they were pre-installed at the dealership did not even exist on the vehicle. They charged me over $1,700 for things that weren't even on the truck. And to keep me from discovering these things they ran me out the door and down the road. I never really leave reviews but because I showed up in a pair of shorts and a t-shirt I wore because of my long trip, they looked at me like I was dirt and wanted to brush the dirt off as soon as possible, I thought I should leave one this time. The sales manager gave the okie doke that all was well which it was not, corporate Autonation gave the okie doke that all is well and it was not. No one is returning my calls, everyone has basically stopped talking to me, hoping I just go away.... If you do any research whatsoever you will see this is an actual standard practice for AutoNation around the country they have been sued because of it. They're counting on the little guy just crawling back under his rock. AutoNation and AutoNation in Coral gables, they are thieves, they are liars. They stole from me they overcharged me they lied to me and then stoped communicating with me once that they could drain no more of my blood. What does that sound like to you? When the dealership and corporate are in cahoots together, there is not a win for the purchaser of a vehicle. I am disgusted and I am ashamed. They took advantage of me because I lived far away and wanted to get back home in the one day that I had taken off of my job to go there. I have all the emails, I have all the text messages, I have all of the communications that we're going on before they stop communicating. AutoNation Coral gables left a very bad nasty bitter taste in my mouth and a scar my soul... I am very very unhappy and it looks like I will be able to do nothing about it...
